Our Support Team are available to assist with anything from technology, networking and warranty related faults.  We can troubleshoot the problem via remote access to your device, over the phone or we can organise a technician to come straight to you.  Have a look at our FAQ page for many commonly asked questions, if the answers have not remedied whats wrong just contact us by phone - (07) 839 0086 or filling out the form to the right.  As Service Agents for many leading international printer brands we also assist with all valid warranty repairs and claims.

Our Support Team are available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30 and Saturday from 10:00 to 04:00.

Please provide the following details for all repair claims:

  • Make and Model of your product
  • Product Serial Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Detailed Description of the Fault
  • Request for a Technician (generally scheduled next day)
  • Address if you are Requesting a Technician
  • Requesting a repair under that Manufacturers Warranty
